William Inglis & Son Ltd. and the Equine Analysis and Bioinformatics Laboratory at the University of Hong Kong collaborated on a joint research project to explore the future development and application of computational technologies in the thoroughbred industry.

This research commenced during the Inglis "Ready to Race" auction in 2025. This collaboration aimed to bring breakthroughs to current technologies and foster groundbreaking new ideas.
