Alexander So
Mentored by legendary bloodstock agent John Foote, Alex is bridging the gap between traditional bloodstock expertise and cutting-edge technology. Alex founded the HKU Equine Analytics & Bioinformatics and is the CEO of So Bloodstock and EquiTech. He currently races horses in Hong Kong, Japan, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
His professional background includes founding the AI company Tap-Smart and gaining corporate experience at JPMorgan, Bain & Company, and Dymon Asia.
Alex has a degree in Politics, Economics, and Data Science from University College London and a degree in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge University, where he researched valuation models of venture capital firms.

Oscar So is a Staff Software Engineer at Meta, specializing in developer experience and AI-powered tools for ML feature engineering at scale.
He is recognized for conceiving and scaling a major internal AI platform that now supports over half of all the company's ML features, significantly increasing engineering throughput and reducing feature onboarding time.
His expertise also includes building deep platform infrastructure that prevented significant potential revenue loss and establishing robust quality standards that drastically reduced compiler errors.
Oscar has a BSC and MEng in Computer Scince from Cornell University.

A research professional specializing in AI and applied technologies, with expertise spanning machine learning, computer vision, IoT, motion capture, and VR/AR/XR. Based in HK, he has worked at The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and participated in multiple Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) projects. He bridges R&D and delivery through hands-on software development and end-to-end project management, partnering with cross-functional teams to build data-driven solutions from prototype to production. His work focuses on translating complex technical advances into impactful, real-world applications.

Founder of John Foote Bloodstock Pty Ltd (est. 1982), Foote is renowned for his expert eye for conformation, pedigree analysis, and value at auction. He has sourced and purchased numerous elite performers and champions, including: Makybe Diva, Silent Witness, Prince of Penzance, Yes Yes Yes, Beauty Eternal, Luger, Contentment, Courrier Wonder, Transatlantic, Karasi, and many others.

Dr. Greg Nash
Dr. Greg Nash is a highly respected equine veterinarian in Australia with over 35 years of specialist experience in thoroughbred medicine and surgery. He holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) and is a Member of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (MANZCVS) and the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS). Widely regarded as one of Australasia’s leading thoroughbred specialists, he is renowned for racetrack practice, pre-purchase examinations, and bloodstock risk assessment. Dr. Nash is a long-standing partner at Randwick Equine Specialists in Sydney and co-founder of Southern Highlands Equine Centre in Burradoo, NSW (est. 2011). Throughout his career, he has contributed to major industry events, including the 2007 Equine Influenza outbreak response.
